This report presents the corpographic estimates of the number of formal businesses in South Africa over the period 2016 to 2020. The report also includes a forecast of the number and vulnerability of formal businesses for 2021. The coporgraphic estimates are distributed according to economic sectors, provinces and business size classifications. The report is only available to signed-up members of the BMR’s Business Research Unit.
